Our recycling process
Collecting
We collect steel scrap from a network of suppliers and partners. This scrap is sorted and transported to our recycling facility.
Sorting & Processing
The collected steel scrap is sorted based on its type, quality, and size. It is then processed to remove contaminants and prepared for melting.
Melting & Refining
The processed steel scrap is melted in energy-efficient furnaces and refined to meet specific quality standards.
Forming & Distribution
The refined steel is cast into various shapes, including bars, rods, and sheets, and is distributed to our customers for reuse in new products.
